You can conveniently order online 24 hours a day, or by phone at 1-800-258-9996, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (CST). We do our best to ship your order within 2-3 business days. Some items are made-to-order, and may require up to 5 business days for processing.
We do not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
ORDERS MAY NOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED ONCE PLACED. You may return unwanted merchandise at your expense for a refund; however, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.  Returns must be pre-authorized and shipped in original shipping carton.

Regular Shipping Outside of Holiday Schedule
All orders ship from Brownsville, TX via UPS SurePost. UPS is unable to deliver expedited orders to a P.O. Box, so please provide a street address when ordering.

Orders $75.00 and above ship FREE via UPS SurePost. Wee Ones charges a flat rate for shipping and handling for orders below $75.00.
Please note that while we offer expedited shipping options, all orders require 2-3 days to process, so be sure to add processing time to the shipping times noted below to estimate your order's expected delivery date.

Online orders are accepted for delivery in the US only. If you are interested in shipping outside the US, please contact customer service. We occasionally experience material shortages beyond our control. If an item is not available to ship, you will receive a credit for that item.

Returns and Exchanges 
We will gladly accept returns within 10 days of order receipt. Pre-authorization for returns is required. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and returned at your expense in original condition and in the original shipping carton. Wee Ones will refund the cost of item(s) to the same credit card used for the original purchase, however we do not refund shipping charges.
